Zolfaghari Food Industries Company began its operations in 1997 (1376 in the Iranian calendar) in a pleasant-climate area of Tuyserkan County, located on the southern foothills of the Alvand mountain range in Hamadan Province. The company started its activities in the production of pasteurized dairy products such as Alpma-method pasteurized cheese, various types of yogurt, doogh (drinking yogurt), milk, and pasteurized cream.
As part of its development strategy, the company took a significant step toward both quantitative and qualitative expansion of its production by purchasing and installing a fully automated BAF cheese production line from Tetra Pak Sweden, which is equipped with the latest global technological achievements and highly modern equipment.
Currently, the company annually collects tens of thousands of tons of raw milk from local dairy farms and other regions of the country and processes it into high-quality dairy products, including various types of cheese, yogurt, doogh, cream, and pasteurized milk in diverse and varied packaging. Through these activities, the company plays an important role in the region’s economic cycle as well as in promoting public health.

and Halal certification from TÜV Germany.

As one of the subsidiaries of Zolfaghari Food Industries Complex, the company expanded its activities and diversified its product range in 2016 (1395 in the Iranian calendar) by installing and launching new production lines, including milk powder and various dairy powders, different types of pasteurized butter, and various lactic and cream cheeses in diverse weights and packaging formats.
The management of Zolfaghari Food Industries Complex intends to further expand operations in forage cultivation and the supply of other livestock inputs, develop and modernize its industrial dairy farm, and implement advanced global technologies to increase the production of high-quality raw milk as the primary raw material for dairy production. The company also plans to expand its commercial, trade, and marketing activities across different regions of the country and neighboring countries, aiming to boost economic growth and create increasing employment opportunities.

The factory’s quality control laboratories, as the main authority responsible for quality assurance, monitor the production process across various lines step by step—from the receipt of raw materials through to the final product ready for market distribution. Each production hall within the company is equipped with its own dedicated and independent laboratory.
Cheese Production Line
The company’s UF cheese production line is considered one of the most modern cheese production lines in the country. This line is fully automated, and its design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning were carried out by Tetra Pak Sweden. With the addition of cup and tin packaging lines, the facility is currently capable of producing UF cheese in Tetra Pak cup and tin packages in various weights and designs.
